Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a designated third party took possession of the goods.

Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to print-on-demand items that are individually manufactured or specially produced for you.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, no later than 7 days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs

You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returned items must be in unused, like-new condition .
